Our broker fees typically range from six to ten percent of the final sale price, paid by the seller. This fee structure is significantly lower than what is commonly charged by other mergers and acquisition firms. We strive to keep our fees in line with those charged by residential realtors, as we believe fairness should extend across industries. Our intention is not to be greedy, but rather to cover our costs for consulting, marketing preparation documents, travel fees, listing fees and provide a sustainable income for our families.

When it comes to who pays the transaction fees, as a business buyer, you are generally not responsible for any part of our fee.  However, there may be cases where the buyer hires an advisor/broker to represent them in the buying process, and in such situations, the buyer may be responsible for certain fees.  Additionally, if a buyer chooses to have documents reviewed by an attorney, they would cover the attorney’s fees.  In these cases, a buyer may engage an advisor/broker to assist with due diligence in the purchasing process. We are transparent about which parties are responsible for our fees and commission.
