Certified Business Valuation
What is a Certified Business Valuation?
A certified business valuation, also known as a business appraisal, is a comprehensive assessment of a company’s value. It is conducted by certified valuators who adhere to established valuation standards by renowned and accredited organizations. A business valuation report issued by a firm with certified valuators carries credibility and reliability, and our valuation experts are certified by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), the most widely recognized and esteemed organization in the valuation industry.
When Do You Need a Certified Business Valuation?
If you are thinking of selling your business, raising bank capital, attracting investor equity, pursuing a legal claim, preparing for succession or any reporting-related events, you will need a credible valuation report to protect yourself against criticism and discrediting. A certified business valuation provides insight, credibility and protection against possible IRS-related penalties or loss of funds.
